Grandpa's present wasn't too exciting ... just some candy bars &

an air freshner for his car

Grandpa opened up the Kit Kat candy bar to share with the kids.
Both Ben and Reese thoroughly enjoyed every chocolatey part of it!

So, for my dad's real present, me, my mom, Jordan, Craig & Jennifer all put money together and sent my dad and mom to the American Idol concert last week. I think they had a good time ... although it was a bit loud, from what I understand. My dad kept his fingers in his ears the whole concert. That makes me smile to think about. We'll have to remember to send them both with some earplugs for next time!
