Holy Tomato

So, I knew that by planting 25 tomato plants, we were bound to get a lot of tomatoes. We love tomatoes at our house, and last year I bottled some and made salsa with the rest. This year, it probably came at the busiest time it could have. I now have 4 extra children for the next 2 weeks while their parents went to France. So, when will I have time for my dear tomatoes between Activity Days, homework, piano practicing, me teaching piano lessons, elementary school, pre-school, meals, running kids all over plus my two little ones? *sigh* Late nights ... here we come.
