Banana Bundt
3/4 cup butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
1 cup nuts (optional - I don't use them)
1/3 cup sour cream (I use fat free)
3 cups flour (I use 2 cups whole wheat flour & 1 cup white)
1 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe does not call for this, but I add 1/4 cup of ground whole flaxseed to this. It has TREMENDOUS health benefits.

Mix ingredients and pour into Bundt pan that has been buttered and sprinkled with granulated sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
