Pumpkin Cake Bars

This is one of the best desserts I have ever had! It is delicious to say the least. My friend, Suzi, brought us over a plate of this dessert last week. I called her for the recipe, and she said it was Amy's. So I went to Amy's blog, copied the recipe and made it this afternoon. I have to hurry and give it away, or I will eat the whole pan! Here is the recipe. I strongly urge you to make it.

Pumpkin Cake Bars
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream wet ingredients; add sugar. Sift dry ingredients, the mix with wet ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured jelly roll pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool and frost.

Frosting
6 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 sticks of butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
