I cannot say how many times I have walked by the decorations and wanted to just hurry and put them up myself. But now that the kids are older, I know they need to be the ones participating and having fun instead of me just getting it done. So, after 5 days of our tree being up, it finally got all decorated tonight by the children and their father.
