Is Winter Almost Over?

We stand at the window and watch the cold wind blow. We long for green grass and warm sunshine. We want to slide, ride bikes, and run. We are tired of being cooped up in the house. How much longer?

To pass the time, we practice our kissy face,

We play Lego's, and squish our cheeks,

We play with our drumsticks from Christmas,

And give our mommy lots of kisses.

Hurry up, Spring!

We want to go outside and play!
