Sour Turned Sweet

It was just one of those days ...
We were on our way to school, but needed to stop by my parents house first. By the time we got there, I had about had it. So, we bagged school and I put both kids down for a nap.
Oh, what wonders a good nap can do!

So, just as the above pictures show of the kids' first experience with rhubarb, it is very sour ... until Uncle Jordan brings some sugar out to dip it in. This sums up our day.
It turned out to be a fabulous and memorable day!
