Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

If you like buffalo wings ... get ready for this! This is, hands down, the very best dip I have tried, made & served. Everyone cannot get enough and they rave over it. You need to try this!

2 8 oz packages cream cheese
12 oz bottle Frank's hot sauce
1 stick butter
4 chicken breasts
Mozzarella cheese
Tortilla chips

This is a chance for you to use a nice baking dish that rarely gets used, or one that is odd shaped that sits lonely in the cupboard.

Take a fork and press your cream cheese into the bottom of your dish. Boil your chicken breasts and then shred them, or cut up real small. In a saucepan, melt your stick of butter and add roughly 2/3 the bottle of hot sauce to the melted butter. Add your cooked, shredded chicken to the sauce mix. Stir and mix together. Pour over the top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
